'One size fits all' tuition has no place in our self defence training. We appreciate that everyone is different in shape, build, height, and sex, so when teaching, especially the physical elements of our training, we emphasise an 'adaptation in application' approach.


This means that you adapt your training for you, while applying, for example, a technique or response. No two people train the same way and we acknowledge that.

Our aim is to give you the opportunity to gain insight into your own self protection, build on what you know and grow stronger while you do.


Training within a fun and friendly environment, you will cover both practical and theoretical elements of self defence, and the way that our lessons are structured means you do not need to have any previous experience or a specific level of fitness.
