Self protection training is not all about fighting. There is so much more to learn and understand before things even begin to get physical.
I have been training in Krav Maga since 2013 and have always had an interest in personal fitness and conditioning.
I am a qualified Krav Maga and self defence instructor and a personal fitness trainer with certification endorsed by The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
I am of a strong opinion that self defence and physical fitness go hand in hand and with my qualifications I am able to offer students both high level self protection tuition combined with professional fitness training.
I currently co-instruct in the mixed adult classes and SSD seminars.
